Having a plan might help me to stay on track with my reading in one way or the other.
This year hasn't been the best (turns out I started last year's post pretty much the same way) for my reading habit but I got at the least some reading done.
One reason could of course be that there had had some long reads in there (such as
For some reason the year 2023 hasn't been the best year for reading and it took me quite some time to get started and get into the flow. Eventually I managed, but it took some took some time. That being said I managed to finish some books at the least.
I have a "problem": I get quickly obsessive about things in general and additionally tend to be a completionist. When I like something, I really "like" it and have to read/watch/listen/own everything about it. Not always, sure, but often enough.
During the last few months my every so frequent blogging-streak from the beginning of the year, turned into a lot-less-frequently blogging streak, but at least I continued to read and write a lot, albeit offline.
I started out rather strong and finished a couple of books right in the beginning of the year, and then I explored Audiobooks, which was the moment, when thing got, not necessarily out of hand, but surely a bit wild.
