Towels

Towels are incredibly useful. The great Douglas Adams has long since taught us about that ¹ long time ago. But I figured that a good towel also makes for a great sneaky gift.

I was once gifted a towel from the parents of a student when he left school and at every now and then, when I pick said towel out of the shelf the thought “Oh, that’s the towel from ….” comes to my mind. Not sure whether that was the intention, but still. This had been likely already a decade ago.

So, next time you want to make sure someone remembers you, for better or worse, and you are in need of a gift, you might want to consider a towel².
