The Thing with the Theme
tl;dr: can't decide on a theme and thus simply changed my color theme with some AI-help of all things

This is another typical-me. Now that Magic-Pages allows for installing themes I am unable to decide on which one to pick. Themes that earlier looked like "yeah, this is the one" are now more in the "hmmm... nah, I'm not so sure about this" category.

Thus, no theme for me for the time being. I did though, what I always tend to do in cases like this, change the color theme of this blog.
And so it happened that I also got tired of looking for the "right"color-theme after tinkering with the usual (read: familiar) candidates like Atom One, Flexoki and Everforest and thought it would be nice to have a theme that would be working both in light and dark environments for a change. The obvious advantage would be that I only have to tinker with one colour-theme instead of a light and dark one.
A, let's call it a medium-/all-purpose-theme doesn't seem to be a thing and since I couldn't find one I referred to some AI-help and asked Gemini in this case. Suffice it to say, it quickly came up with a few color-themes, all of which, I have to admit, I liked. This had been in fact one of the first times I have been using Gemini for, well anything really, and am somewhat positively surprised about the result.
These are three of the four themes that had been suggested:

I did some further, albeit minor tweaking, mainly concerning the highlight-colours on my part, but that's about it.
In the beginning I felt a little unsure about this, but after a little while these variants have grown on me. I almost prefer the blue-ish one, though I had some issues with the images routinely clashing with the background-colour in an annoying way, so I choose the "greige" one. I tried to tone the images in a blue-ish-black and white, which worked rather well, but my css approach here wasn't really working across all devices. I might give this another try one day,
For the time being, that is until I have decided on a theme to install, this will do I guess.
